Initial Training on our software is usually scheduled within the first month of your purchase. All training sessions are comprehensive and will introduce to you the many features the software has to offer. Your company representatives will work hands-on with our trainer and will complete several “real” case scenarios.

We host an annual CyberPay Users Group (CPUG) Conference to bring our payroll software users together for education on our latest technology. During this conference, attendees not only learn about our payroll service provider software but they can share ideas in roundtable discussions, hear about changes and trends in the industry, and network with other payroll providers and payroll focused ancillary businesses and partners.
